Gisteren zijn wij met PROPOS LIVE gegaan bij Haeck Subcontracting! Hun productie kenmerkt zich door een high-mix low-volume stappenproductie: Van complexe stukken tot grote series in een ‘one stop jobshop’. Met PROPOS shop floor control hopen ze hun korte levertermijnen en flexibiliteit te waarborgen. De implementatie verliep vlot en succesvol: PROPOS had al een koppeling met Admin2Win en Haeck merkte direct resultaat!
